This is a Hobart AirWhip,used to incorporate air in the mixing of Batters for cakes or to whip cremes. etc. Angel food cakes or any batter you use air to increase volume. Has not been used for many airs. There are 2 specialty bowls with this a 20qt and 40 qt. The bowls will need to be re-tinted. The controls will need more cleaning and new cord, hoses and belt. etc Has not been used for many years. Have not tired to test it. Sold as is where is.
